The book’s note
2,000 MW of grid rights, not IT; the substation is live but no AI IT load is attributed. AI delivery ‘2027 onward’ with no site date (the August 2026 compilation), so no scorable promise. The August 2026 compilation’s ‘Sweetwater County, Texas’ is unsettled: Texas has no county of that name, and IREN’s own site filing would give the county.
