## The book’s note

Initial operations in Q4 2026 per the August 2026 compilation’s table of promised dates (row 19), which gives no URL; the August 2026 compilation’s ‘December 2027’ is a stormwater-permit period, not a customer promise. Oracle asserted force majeure rights on 24 Sep 2026 and said Project Jupiter ‘remains on our planned schedule’. 1,750 MW is Epoch’s estimate from the fuel-cell microgrid.
