## The book’s note

Twin sites of up to 100 MW each, ‘online in early 2026’ and ‘expected to launch in the second quarter’ in the same Reuters piece (read here to 30 June). No commissioning notice for either site found to 27 Sep (close sweep, ch12 §3); the AMD release of 31 Aug 2026 has infrastructure ‘now live’ at no named site or capacity. A matured clock that chapter 12’s count does not hold, because HUMAIN is not in the August 2026 compilation’s table of promised dates’s forty.
