What does “Refresh life” mean?

Refresh lifeHow often a campus’s hardware is replaced, in the four futures: every three years for the strategic engine, four for the rationed utility, five and a half for commodity infrastructure (Meta’s own accounting life for its servers, used as a proxy), and never for the distressed asset. *Chapter 14.*
