# Announced against energized

What does “Announced against energized” mean?

Announced against energizedThe gap between the capacity a company has announced and the load actually drawing power. Chapter 12’s fourth claim is that the two are different quantities, that the ratio between them is the central fact of the physical race, and that the announced campuses are not being energized on the dates that were promised. *Chapter 12.*
